$100.00 per hour. This will include all services required. If expenses are necessary, they will be included on your bill at cost. There is a minimum charge of 1 hour, and all time after is charged in 1/4 hours. If you prefer, I can provide flat rates per job request.

$70.00 per hour. Please note that furniture boxes should be relatively close to where they will be finally placed/located. A small fee could be added if the furniture must be moved 2+ stories. I also offer a breakdown/hauling service* for items after assembly.

Moving fee for 2+ stories: $20.00

Breakdown service: $20.00 This includes breaking all boxes down to a manageable size, placing all other items in trash bags, and taking to your personal trash cans or on site dumpsters.

Breakdown+Hauling service: $50.00 This includes everything in the breakdown service and then I will personally take away and deal with what remains. PLEASE NOTE: My handyman-mobile is a Honda CRV and it has been able to handle all but the largest of furniture assembly hauling jobs. If your job is larger than my CRV, we can discuss other options.

$100.00 per hour. All other jobs I charge my hourly rate plus any expenses that may occur due to the specifics of your job. If the job is larger than a single day, we can discuss the option of a single flat rate for however long your job is.
